Marine Assistant is a DIY anwser to Reefing automation, It uses commonly available components/software and with a step by step guide it will be easy for anyone to put together and set-up.

What it can measure and controll:

  1. Water levels with either Float or optical sensors

  2. Temperatures

  3. Leaks

  4. Controll 12v divices, LED Lighting for example

  5. Analog sensors such as Ph, TDS, EC and ORP.

  6. 240v/120v Devices

  7. Many other Sensors! :)

Currently in Development and testing and with the aim of being ready to release in the summer of 2025, no exact date is set but if you want to be informed when is online then put yourself one the list by filling out the form below.....

Beta version V2

Through my own testing and development of the V1, I came to the conclusion that a complete redesign was necessary. Because of this, the hardware has already moved on to V2, which includes the following upgrades:

  • Two buttons for enabling feed or maintenance modes.

  • An extra 12V output—now a total of four.

  • Power filtering capacitors to improve circuitry.

  • An ADS1115 for precise analog inputs.

  • A completely new and more compact 3D-printed case.

  • An all-in-one design—the Raspberry Pi can now be connected directly to the sensor module.

The new hardware is currently in the testing phase and will be available soon for everyone. I am also updating the website to reflect the changes in V2. Once that is done, it will be available in limited quantities at a reduced price for the first beta testers.

Add your details below to be notified when it becomes available.
